Chewy.com is hiring an HR Specialist to triage tasks assigned to the Team Member Services team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer service oriented, and diligent.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in working in ServiceNow or similar case management platform preferred
- Previous HR Experience preferred
- Customer service focused, passion for process improvement, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Meticulous, strong organizational and time management skills, as well as strong data entry skills
