Human Resources Coordinator

Driven Brands is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to manage ServiceNow tickets, support various HR functions, and ensure a positive work environment. The role involves data entry, onboarding new employees, responding to employee questions, and performing reporting analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources
• 1+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience
• Workday or other HRIS system experience and knowledge
• ServiceNow experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
