The Senior Associate will provide HR service center support for Amgen India, participate in HR Connect projects, and lead/coordinate system/process improvement projects. The role requires experience in HCM functions, ServiceNow and Workday systems, and strong project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years professional work experience within a commercial service delivery/customer service environment
- Fluent in 2 or more language(s), at least English
- Experience in HCM functions in Workday and ServiceNow system and processes
- Project (agile) management skills
