Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in working in ServiceNow or similar case management platform
- Previous HR Experience
- Customer service focused, passion for process improvement, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Meticulous, strong organizational and time management skills, as well as strong data entry skills
