The Hypercare Engineer will provide specialised technical support during the post-migration hypercare period of a major M365 tenant-to-tenant migration project. This role focuses on resolving user issues and ensuring a smooth user experience during the transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations, requiring a broad understanding of M365 functionalities.

Requirements

  • High level experience in resolving user issues and performing break-fix activities.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and break-fix activities for migration-related issues.
  • Management and resolution of tickets within an ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Collaboration with the M365 Hypercare Lead.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of user-facing FAQs and KB articles.

Requirements Summary
