Deliver exceptional customer service, administer user accounts, and manage access requests. Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures, and troubleshoot IAM related issues.
Requirements
- Technical Associate's Degree or equivalent IT training
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support field
- Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) Certification within 6 months of employment
- Top-notch customer service experience
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with G Suites, Okta, Oomnitza, Slack, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Workspace One
- Proficiency administering Active Directory, Azure, Okta Admin, and other access management tools
