IAM APAC Leader

NCC Group is looking for a Senior Security Consultant to lead their IAM APAC practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering complex IAM engagements, commercial exposure, and strong client-facing skills. The role will involve building and maintaining trusted client relationships, leading large IAM engagement deliveries, and collaborating with other lines of service.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of core IAM products and capabilities, such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta and others.
• Experience of delivering complex IAM engagements and projects, ideally covering all stages from strategy, design and implementation.
• Strong business, consultancy and technical skills.
• Experience with HR processes (JML) and systems and authoritative source integration based on WorkDay, SuccessFactors, Beeline, etc.
• Experience with application integration, such as AD, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.
• Excellent communication, consulting soft skills and presentation skills.
• Exceptional written communication and reporting skills.
