ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to support Australia’s Federal Government. This role involves partnering with agencies to reimagine how they serve citizens and partners using ServiceNow's AI-powered platform, focusing on CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service solutions. The consultant will deliver demonstrations, workshops, and strategic guidance to drive better outcomes for the public sector.

Requirements

  • Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience within CRM, Customer Experience, or Customer Engagement solutions
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Platform or similar cloud-based software solutions
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Proven success working with public sector or Federal Government customers
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Strategic territory management skills
  • Knowledge of AI integration
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrixed sales ecosystem
  • A curious and adaptable mindset
