Requirements
- Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience within CRM, Customer Experience, or Customer Engagement solutions
- Expertise in ServiceNow Platform or similar cloud-based software solutions
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform
- Proven success working with public sector or Federal Government customers
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strategic territory management skills
- Knowledge of AI integration
- Ability to collaborate across a matrixed sales ecosystem
