We are seeking an experienced IDM specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a second-tier support role.

Requirements

  • Solve incidents and service requests
  • Solve technical problems with the IDM services
  • Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components
  • Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service
  • Interface with tier 1 (via ServiceNow), IDM T3, and Service Delivery Management
