We are seeking an experienced IDM specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a second-tier support role.
Requirements
- Solve incidents and service requests
- Solve technical problems with the IDM services
- Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components
- Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service
- Interface with tier 1 (via ServiceNow), IDM T3, and Service Delivery Management
