We are hiring a Java/Oracle Support Engineer to provide 2nd-line support for Java-based applications and Oracle PL/SQL components. The focus is on investigating incidents, maintaining stability, and implementing small enhancements for business-critical systems.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years in application support or Java-based production environments
- Strong SQL & Oracle PL/SQL skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Java applications (log analysis, service control, troubleshooting)
- Familiar with ITSM / DevOps tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, CI/CD, monitoring)
