FTG is seeking a Back Support Engineer (Java & Identity) to join their growing team in Spain. The role involves providing second-level technical support, participating in 24/7 rotating shifts, and monitoring microservices for incidents and service continuity. The position is a remote/hybrid position with a commitment to continuous training.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support (M2), preferably in mission-critical environments or 24/7 services.
- Basic knowledge of Java microservices (log analysis, troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Experience or knowledge in identity and security projects (SSO, IAM, access management).
- Valuable experience or training in Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock.
- Orientation toward support and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous training.
