ILUNION IT Services is seeking a professional to provide Level 1 IT support to users, resolving issues with systems like Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and customer applications. The role involves direct customer interaction, logging requests, diagnosing technical problems, and documenting solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Administration is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Administration (ASIR)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Help Desk service experience as a Level 1 Technician and technical IT support
- Telephone support to users
- Logging, review, solution, tracking, and escalation of incidents
- Logging, review, solution, tracking, and escalation of incidents
- Experience with incident management tools (Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow)
- Remote control tools (VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin, ISL)
- Support to client systems (Windows 10 & 11)
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (Active Directory)
- Installation / Configuration of microcomputer equipment
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware / software (replacement of memory, hard drive, power supply, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and networking technologies
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Configuration of printers on the network
- Knowledge of device configuration (SIM change, battery, operating system update, installation of App on Android)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- High degree of empathy and self-organization
