ILUNION IT Services is seeking a professional to provide Level 1 IT support to users, resolving issues with systems like Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and customer applications. The role involves direct customer interaction, logging requests, diagnosing technical problems, and documenting solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Administration is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Administration (ASIR)
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Help Desk service experience as a Level 1 Technician and technical IT support
  • Telephone support to users
  • Logging, review, solution, tracking, and escalation of incidents
  • Logging, review, solution, tracking, and escalation of incidents
  • Experience with incident management tools (Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow)
  • Remote control tools (VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin, ISL)
  • Support to client systems (Windows 10 & 11)
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (Active Directory)
  • Installation / Configuration of microcomputer equipment
  • Basic troubleshooting of hardware / software (replacement of memory, hard drive, power supply, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and networking technologies
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • Configuration of printers on the network
  • Knowledge of device configuration (SIM change, battery, operating system update, installation of App on Android)
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • High degree of empathy and self-organization

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in IT Admin. 2-3 yrs Help Desk exp. Strong troubleshooting skills, Microsoft 365 skills req. English A2 or higher
