ILUNION SERVICES TI is seeking a professional to join their Madrid team as an IT Services Technician N0. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, providing telephone and computer support, diagnosing issues, and managing incidents via the ticketing tool, using Windows, Microsoft 365, and their own applications. Candidates should be able to handle incident registration, troubleshooting, and basic system administration.

Requirements

  • Supervisory Cycle of University of Systems Computing in Network (ASIR).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Help Desk or Service Desk roles as a N0 technician.
  • Basic troubleshooting in the first call and escalation to higher levels.
  • Telephone support to users.
  • Utilization of incident management tools like Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Utilization of remote control tools like Teamviewer.
  • Basic support of customer operating systems, mainly Windows 10 and 11.
  • Support and attention to users through email and phone.
  • Support for external suppliers in situ.
  • Managing email folders.
  • Preparation and sending of material.
  • Sending of manuals.
  • Help with administrative tasks for coordination and constant communication with the same.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of what is an Active Directory.
  • Installation / Configuration of micro-computing equipment.
  • Layout of equipment, images, backups and restoration.
  • Installation of peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshooting Hardware / Software (replaces memory, disks, power source, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of LAN networks.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc. protocols.
  • Configuration of printer networks.
  • Basic setup for smartphone device configuration.
  • Ability to work in a team and good conduct with users.
  • Dynamism and high empathy, close and with capacity for self-organization.
  • English: Minimum Niveal A2.

Requirements Summary
