  • Experience with Unix/Linux Servers, Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, routers, load balancers, web logic, LDAP, Oracle/MS SQL databases, SAN, Virtualization, or access management solutions
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
