Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in L1/L2 IT support roles
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Fluent English AND French
- Excellent teamwork, customer service, and communication skills
