INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS SENIOR SPECIALIST

The MES/MOM Product Owner is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)/ Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the MES/MOM solutions meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional experience in MES/MOM implementations, with a proven track record of success in at least one full cycle implementation project in MES/MOM system
• 3+ years’ experience in IT product owner/business analyst role with knowledge in supply chain and manufacturing operations as applicable to MES/MOM
• Knowledge of MES/MOM systems, software development lifecycle, Industrial IoT, Data Integrity principles, MES/MOM integrations with enterprise systems like ERP, Data Historian etc
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development framework
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software
• Exposure to enterprise environments and large-scale MES projects with hands-on experience with MES configuration and integration
• Exposure to Metal Industry or relevant heavy industry environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English
