Industrial Automation Specialist - Support provides technical support for automation systems, troubleshoots and resolves automation system issues, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
Requirements
- Support for automation systems (MES, ROCKWELL or similar: OpenLab, Antares, System of weighing (Evolutio), Vertical Warehouse)
- Knowledge of industrial communication networks (e.g. ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP)
- Experience with PLC programming software (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell)
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Experience with ITSM tools (Qualitor or similar: Jira, ServiceNow... for example)
