Technical support for automation systems, diagnosing and resolving problems, preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
Requirements
- Support for automation systems (MES, ROCKWELL or similar: OpenLab, Antares, Weight System (Evolutio), Vertical Warehouse).
- Knowledge of industrial communication networks (e.g. ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP).
- Experience with PLC programming software (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell).
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Experience with ITSM tools (Qualitor or similar: Jira, ServiceNow... for example).
