We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our Japan-based support team specializing in Infor LNERP, M3 and CSI (SyteLine), WMS product lines.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in enterprise software support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following: LNERP, M3, CSI (SyteLine), WMS.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese customer expectations and communication styles.
  • Experience managing escalations and working with cross-regional teams.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
