Information Security Analyst job at ServiceNow in Sydney, Australia. Job summary: Establish and maintain excellent customer experience, build trust and confidence with customers, and represent the Security Organization in ServiceNow for all internal and external customers. Develop AI solutions for automating repetitive activities, lead and triage security matters, and work with Legal on security/privacy-related matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in information security or application security roles.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, Azure AI Fundamentals, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
- Technical proficiency in security tools and technologies, logging, SIEM, WAF, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability management platforms, and encryption techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and respond to complex security issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
