Join Westpac as a Service Delivery Specialist and collaborate with team members to support and govern service delivery processes through the ServiceNow platform. This role involves close coordination with engineers and project managers to facilitate effective use of ITIL-based processes and produce comprehensive reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years' IT service delivery management experience in a complex IT infrastructure, large corporate environment
- Experienced using ServiceNow Change/Incident/Problem/Request
- 3 years ITIL experience. Foundations certificate (desirable)
- Advancing data analysis, problem solving and reporting skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI skills
- Basic understanding of network technologies (desirable)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in anticipating, owning and resolving customer issues, including implementing continual service improvements
