IDEX is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee IT infrastructure across multiple remote locations and the corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, Azure, VOIP systems, networking, and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience in the IT field
- 5 years of experience managing IT Help Desk platforms
- 5 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs (policy and route-based)
- Experience with Deltek ERP system including Costpoint, Time and Expense, and Cognos Reporting applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server and Azure SQL database systems
- Experience managing enterprise mobility platforms
- Experience working with VOIP telephony systems managing portal programming and voicemail systems
- Experience working and connecting with various cloud vendors, such as AWS, Google or Microsoft Azure
- Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards including Active Directory, Group Policies, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IP Sec, SAN storage, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery
- Experience managing SOX compliance auditing processes and procedures
