NCS is a leading technology services firm operating across the Asia Pacific region with over 20 cities. They are seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer/Consultant to manage and administer the ServiceNow Platform for a Customer project. The role involves understanding business needs, managing the platform, supporting post-implementation tasks, and working with stakeholders to implement best practices within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and PPM.

Requirements

  • Diploma /Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT field
  • At least 1 year of experience with implementation and / or support of ServiceNow / ITIL
  • 1 or more years of experience in IT industry, with hands-on experience in ground up implementation and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linus (RHEL), Windows Server 2029
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python,etc
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good people management skill
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Able to work after office hours if required
