ServiceNow is seeking a driven Solution Architect to support customers in adopting, renewing, and maximizing their value from their ServiceNow investments. This hands-on role involves deep customer immersion, leveraging ServiceNow's CRM applications, and delivering innovative solutions across various industries. The Architect will guide process and technical problems, drive adoption of best practices, and provide expert technical leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation / delivery roles
  • 10+ years in the CRM technology industry space
  • Deep domain knowledge in Customer Relationship Management
  • Industry domain expertise preferred (e.g., Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing)
  • Ideally ServiceNow CSA and CRM (CIS-CSM) certified

Requirements Summary

10+ years in customer-facing CRM roles, 10+ years in CRM tech, and ideally CSA/CIS-CSM certification. Domain expertise in CRM & industry needs are a plus
