Work with us as an Infrastructure and Platform Architect - L2 to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, manage data migration, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of ServiceNow experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, CSM, CMDB, ITIL frameworks, cloud computing, and enterprise IT landscapes
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience with Telco or Order Management is a plus
