Infrastructure Developer - ITAM Content Service

This role is an Infrastructure Developer in the ITAM Content Service team, building innovative solutions at the intersection of enterprise applications and AI technologies. The focus will be on developing scalable JavaScript-based solutions and integrating with AI services for enterprise workflows. The position involves design, development, and troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Requirements

• Develop end-to-end features in Content Infrastructure
• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic)
• Implement clean, scalable, and reusable JavaScript code
• Create custom user interfaces and widgets using JavaScript frameworks
• Design and develop RESTful APIs
• Learn and implement prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation (RAG)
• Gain domain expertise in IT Asset Management
