We are looking for a talented Infrastructure Developer to join our ITAM Content Service team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end features in our Content Infrastructure using the latest technologies and integrating ServiceNow capabilities with cutting-edge AI technologies. You will design and develop applications within the ServiceNow platform, write clean and scalable code, and implement prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow application development
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript or Python
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development, custom widget creation, and portal applications
