Infrastructure Engineering Advisor - HIH - Evernorth

Evernorth is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Advisor to provide hands-on software engineering and system architecture leadership for the Enterprise. The role involves developing and maintaining alert rules, flows, and inbound data flows to conform with industry best practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence technology and business direction, recruit and mentor employees, and build relationships with vendor resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 11-13 years of experience in Service Now Administration and Development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, API development, and agile methodology.
• Ability to develop alert rules and flows within ServiceNow, and coordinate and support all ServiceNow event management plugin and release upgrades.
