Seeking an Infrastructure monitoring lead with 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products, preferably BMC products. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end life cycle management skills, multi-platform operating system knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products, preferably BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery)
- End-to-end life cycle management of managed environments (installation, configuration, management, support, and troubleshooting)
- Multi-platform Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, AIX) and heterogeneous instances experience
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Create and update documentation (Standard Operating Procedures and others)
- Understanding of Service Delivery (Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs)
- Effective communication skill
- Desire and ability to learn and grow
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration preferable
