As a Infrastructure & Operations Tech Lead, you will be responsible for supervising user assistance, managing office and digital working environments, and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure and cloud and network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science, Systems and Networks, Security, or Information Systems Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT support, Digital Workplace, and IT cloud infrastructure management
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and managing technical teams
- Mastering Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile environments (iOS, Android)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and asset management solutions (Intunes...)
- Advanced knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure and services (Azure, AWS)
- Good mastery of collaborative solutions and identity management (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SSO, Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive...)
- Ability to manage IT projects (migration, deployment, digital transformation)
- Expertise in system administration (Windows, Linux), networks (LAN/WAN), and databases
- In-depth knowledge of hotline monitoring and control
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR)
