DTCC is seeking an Infrastructure Services Delivery Engineer to design, implement, and maintain observability systems. Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain observability systems (PagerDuty) that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure.
- Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on-call management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Integrate observability tools (PagerDuty) with IT infrastructure components (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow).

Requirements Summary
