Infrastructure, Workplace & Operations Manager

EPSA is a European group that optimizes clients' financial, operational, and sustainable results. We are seeking an Infrastructure, Workplace & Operations Manager to supervise user assistance, manage office and digital workplace environments, and optimize IT infrastructure cloud and network.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Systems, and Networks, Security, or Information Systems Management
• At least 7 years of experience in IT support, Digital Workplace, and IT infrastructure cloud management
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams
• Mastery of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile (iOS, Android) environments
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and asset management solutions (Intunes...)
• Advanced knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
• Good mastery of collaborative solutions and identity management (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SSO, Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive...)
• Ability to manage IT projects (migration, deployment, digital transformation)
• Expertise in system administration (Windows, Linux), networks (LAN/WAN), and databases
• Knowledge of hotline, tour de contrôle, and security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR)
