The company is seeking a Junior SAP N1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support, manage tasks using SAP, and resolve incidents. Experience with Service Desk Support (L1) and ITSM tools is preferred.

Requirements

  • Engineer, technician or student in systems engineering, electronics or related fields
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience with Service Desk Support (L1)
  • Knowledge of SAP and WEB applications
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (Solman, Servicenow, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of service level management
  • Basic ITIL knowledge

Requirements Summary

Engines with 6+ months experience in Service Desk support. SAP and WEB knowledge is a must. Knowledge of ITSM is preferred
