The company is seeking a Junior SAP N1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support, manage tasks using SAP, and resolve incidents. Experience with Service Desk Support (L1) and ITSM tools is preferred.
Requirements
- Engineer, technician or student in systems engineering, electronics or related fields
- Minimum of 6 months of experience with Service Desk Support (L1)
- Knowledge of SAP and WEB applications
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (Solman, Servicenow, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of service level management
- Basic ITIL knowledge
Requirements Summary
