The Installation Delivery Executive will ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs by proactively coordinating all aspects of the installation process.
Requirements
- Strong service delivery experience
- Excellent coordination and administration skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Experience in Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities
- Self-starter, resourceful and confident in managing tasks
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
