This role involves understanding platform architecture, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance to sales teams, and ensuring demo effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its CSM modules and integration methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in software development
- Mandatory ServiceNow certifications (CI, CSM, etc.)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (Scripting, HTML, CSS, Glide API)
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow platform, especially Customer Service Management (CSM) modules
