The IntelliMatch Development & Support role is part of the Client Experience and Service Delivery team, responsible for delivering FIS Cleared Derivatives Reconciliations book of work for Managed Services clients. The role entails on-boarding of new reconciliations, maintenance of existing reconciliations, implementation of client-driven changes, platform upgrades, and production platform stability and efficiencies.
Requirements
- 6 – 10 years of overall experience in Capital Markets preferably in reconciliations
- 4 - 8 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation)
- 4 - 8 years of strong database experience in SQL
- Development experience of building ETD reconciliations (exchange, broker, intercompany) in IntelliMatch ETD is desirable
- Knowledge of IntelliMatch NextGen is desirable
- Scripting languages such as POWERSHELL, Windows Batch Scripting will be added advantage
- Working experience with Jira, ServiceNow will be useful
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution-driven approach
- Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
- Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
- Reconciliation knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
- Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc.
- Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance
- Expertise in SQL, batch scripting, POWERSHELL and database operations
- Experience with financial services, capital markets
- Strong Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including early mornings, extended hours, and weekends as required
- Experience with incident management, problem management, change management, release and deployment management etc., (ITIL framework)
- Proficiency in ITIL-based processes and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, TeamSupport
- Capability to work in a demanding environment with clear objectives and meet targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Degree or equivalent
- Added bonus if you have knowledge of FIS' products and services
- Knowledge of financial services industry and basic financial analysis principles and ratios
