Interim Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize their IT infrastructure. This role will involve ensuring the availability, performance, and security of core systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms. The engineer will also serve as a technical lead, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with various teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals. This is a 6-month interim position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or administration.
• Strong expertise with: IAM (Okta/MFA), Servers & OS (Windows, Linux, VMware/AWS/Azure/GCP), Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching), Storage & Backup (SAN/NAS, replication, disaster recovery), and high proficiency in Microsoft technologies.
• Good knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
