Senior Project Managers drive setup, execution, and closeout of Eskenazi Health projects of all scales, optimizing project success and consistency in project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or the equivalent in other experience and/or certification
• PMI or similar certification, Scrum Master Certification; degree in project management, or business with a concentration in project management may be accepted in lieu of certification, management experience will also meet the requirement.
• Proficiency with stakeholder management, service improvement, and requirements engineering/analysis best practices
• Experience using common project and portfolio management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Primavera, ServiceNow, etc.
• Familiarity with service management processes relevant to project management: Release Management, Change Management, Transition Planning and Support, Continual Service Improvement, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects
• Experience managing software deployment/upgrade projects (define, design, develop, deploy and support)
