We are looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The main tasks include creation of invoices, analysis and evaluation of invoices, processing commercial complaints, and supporting internal and external audits. The ideal candidate should have commercial training, strong communication and teamwork skills, and knowledge of SAP ERP.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or proof of comparable qualification
- Communication, teamwork and documentation skills
- Accuracy and independent working style
- Understanding of process-related interrelationships and interfaces
- Very good English language skills, good German language skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Syntax portfolio
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of SAP ERP – primarily in the modules SD/MM/CS
