The IS Senior Manager, Portfolio Execution, is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality execution of priority projects across MUSC’s Information Systems (IS) portfolio, including initiatives within Workday, Research Education Systems, core IS functions, and the Community Connect program.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- At least seven (7) years of experience in healthcare technology, project management, and/or system implementation
- Prior leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, coupled with strong presentation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of standard project management methodologies and best practices with ability to apply theory practically based on situation
- Experience leveraging ServiceNow portfolio management tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
