Requirements

• Support data acquisition, installation, and administration of enterprise Data Storage & Backup environment.
• Solve data storage-related problems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage data storage resources for servers and provide security and access.
• Provide data backup client installations & schedule backup policies.
• Develop scripts for operational improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and upgrade system components.
• Provide engineering support to ServiceNow cases.
• Upkeep system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Maintain and update documentation.
