Tipico is looking for an IT Administrator to join their team. The role involves ensuring a consistent standard of customer service, collaborating with the Corporate IT team, and troubleshooting technical and operational issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Administration
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory
  • Strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards and processes
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Portal, Microsoft Office applications, PowerShell, and scripting
  • Familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment
  • Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in German is an advantage
