Tipico is looking for an IT Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in IT Administration, proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Administration environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365
- Scripting (PowerShell) is a plus
- Service Excellence with strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards and processes
- Hardware Knowledge with familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment
- Ticketing Systems experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow
- Network Understanding with basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups
- Language Skills with excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in German is an advantage
