The Application Analyst for Corporate Staffs is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of corporate applications.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into detailed application specifications.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and data requirements relevant to corporate applications.
  • Configure, test, and maintain corporate applications in alignment with solution designs provided by the Solution Architect.
  • Provide ongoing support for end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
  • Assist with application upgrades, patches, and enhancements as directed.
  • Participate in application implementation projects, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
  • Ensure application changes are thoroughly tested and documented to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Ensure applications comply with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring application performance and data integrity.

Requirements Summary
