The IT Asset Management Analyst will manage the lifecycle of software and services, ensuring compliance and efficiency in IT environments. Key responsibilities include developing processes, performing audits, maintaining governance, and advising on best practices.
Requirements
- Software and/or Hardware Asset Management experience
- Understand the principles of software license management
- Working knowledge of Software Licensing & Support models for vendors like Microsoft, Oracle and IBM
- Broad knowledge and aptitude for technology concepts
- Experience working in complex outsourced datacenter and cloud environments
- Experience working with ITSM tools and CMDB (ServiceNow)
- Demonstrate strong analytical, financial analysis and reporting skills
