PSI is a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in pharmaceutical trials. They are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support business processes and operations, including maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, developing new systems, and managing IT infrastructure components. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities supporting a collaborative, inclusive team.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange.
- Experience with SCCM/ServiceNow.
- Cloud solution experience.
- Basic administration of Linux servers.
- Experience with Veeam Backup.
- Experience in managing HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter servers.
- Knowledge of virtualization concepts.
