This role involves collaborating with technology partners, stakeholders, and service delivery managers to deliver solutions across Workday, ServiceNow, Atlassian, and related enterprise applications. The position focuses on process optimisation, documentation, agile methodologies, and service performance reporting.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leading business analysis efforts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies
- Exceptional context-switching abilities
- Knowledge of service level management, performance measurement, and continuous service improvement
