Lam Research is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Process Owner to join their dynamic IT Service Management team. This new role focuses on strategy and troubleshooting, impacting hardware and software assets, addressing configuration items, and promoting process improvements. The role will work across Infrastructure, Deskside Support, and Vulnerability Management teams.
Requirements
- Engage with service owners and stakeholders to evaluate and improve Asset Management processes.
- Promote and oversee the implementation of process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow team members to resolve issues with incorrectly structured CI metadata.
- Develop and communicate Asset Management policies and represent them during audits.

Requirements Summary
