As an IT Asset Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing the IT asset lifecycle program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate inventory and lifecycle records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
- Expert knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes, procurement, reporting, discovery, and tracking
- Experience with ITSM and its ITIL, CMDB, and ITAM functions (ServiceNow preferred)
- IAITAM CITAM or CHAMP certification
- Axelos ITIL 4 or comparable certification
