IT Asset Specialist

Gopuff's engineering team is building solutions to change the way people purchase daily goods. The IT Asset Specialist will be part of a team responsible for distribution, tracking, repair, and maintenance of technology assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
• Experience managing thousands of hardware assets
• Experience with ITSM Platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice)
• Experience with POS systems (Square, NCR Emerald)
• Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management and Mobile Device Management concepts
• Ability to learn and pick up concepts quickly
• Detailed-oriented, aware of secondary effects resulting from changes
• Experience working both independently or as part of a project group
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
