The IT Business Systems Analyst maintains a business perspective through all phases of problem resolution and systems enhancement. They work closely with the business to understand their needs, opportunities, and requirements.
Requirements
- Provide Level 2/3 production support for OnBase-related incidents
- Monitor and triage issues related to timer services, API integrations, and certificate-based communication between OnBase and downstream systems
- Participate in incident bridge calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of high-priority issues
- Leverage tools such as ServiceNow for incident tracking, root cause analysis, and post-incident documentation
- Support the development and execution of cleanup scripts to address data anomalies
- Work with business stakeholders to define and implement preventive monitoring procedures
- Ensure compliance with escalation protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
- Support the JIRA process by updating tickets, maintaining Application Design and Support Records (ADSRs), and ensuring traceability of requirements through to resolution
- Assist with test planning, including the creation of test cases and case plans, and support execution of functional and regression testing as needed
